It's also the name of my new fabric group from the nice folks at Henry Glass. Remember when I was working on this art? It hits independent quilt shops this month.
These fabrics turned out just cuter than cute. I couldn't be happier with the quality and the detail in the designs. I squealed opening the boxes.
Yup, actually squealed with delight. Like someone who might truly believe that cats + yarn, thread, and ricrac could lead to something positive.
Oh come on, where's your imagination? It could happen, right?
Actually if Flossie was truly the inspiration for this collection, the name would be Love to Sit on Top of You and Give You Stink Eye While You Craft.
She helped me cut some fat quarters, and we're celebrating her debut on fabric with a giveaway.
A fat quarter bundle, all designs in all colorways, is cut and folded and ready to go.
Just leave a comment on this post telling me your favorite thing you've made with your own hands (either recently, or ever) and I'll draw a name from a hat on the 22nd...to celebrate the First Day of Fall.

Hi Beth,
Your fabric is AWESOME!!! How exciting for you to open that package!!! I'm very happy for you. I have to tell you that my favorite thing that I have ever made with my hands is the quilt on my bed. It took me 2 years to complete and I love it to pieces! I have already been the lucky recipient of one of your giveaways so I don't want to be greedy by posting for this give away but I did want you to know how great I think your fabric looks. Way to go!
Take care,
Meagan

Fun colors & cute stuff, Beth. And as much as I'd love them ~ don't enter me in the giveaway (you should see my fabric samples too! They will outgrow the room soon...) ~ my kitty Gracie always wants to help me cute FQ's too ~ what's up with that? :-))

AWESOME! I had no idea. It's so pretty and fun and of course that is Flossie on it! You have to make her a "boogie mat." That's a cat blanket that has catnip tucked inside the batting. I just found ours in one of our cat's beds. Guess she dragged it across the room into HER bed for safekeeping!

Hi Beth, Great to hear from you. Besides staining the log home I've been making holiday birdies, spiders, crazy quilt bangle bracelets, purses and cq puzzle pcs. That's in my spare time. LOL I love your fabric. But then I love everything you do! The colors are fantastic too. I see you have Smile at the Rain on your blog now. I love mine and it is still in the front hall to welcome everyone. Keep in touch. Sharon

I do not have a favorite thing I made with my own hands. I can not sew anyway so this disqualifies from the giveaway. However, I can still enjoy this adorable winning group of fabric.
This makes me wish I had a kitty that could sew.

Hi Beth,
I'm just becoming familiar with the many things you have been the brain-child of! You are so creative...
I bought my daughter and daughter-in-law the 3-ring La Cuisine Recipe Keeper for Christmas. Where would I be able to buy some more matching recipe cards (they are approx. 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 in size). They are both asking where they could get them!
Thank you in advance for helping me out in finding some!
Sincerely,
Michelle
